Official Partnership Charter

1 Purpose of the partnership

The ProDispo Initiative allows a partner organization to offer eligible entrepreneurs and service businesses in its network or community an exclusive benefit that applies to their ProDispo registration.

The partnership is intended to support the online visibility of service businesses while allowing the partner to add a tangible benefit to the support it offers entrepreneurs.

3 ProDispo’s commitments

As part of the partnership, ProDispo agrees to:

• Create an exclusive promotional code associated with the partner organization.
• Provide eligible entrepreneurs and service businesses that use the code with a permanent 10% discount.
• Ensure the technical operation of the promotional code on the ProDispo platform.
• Directly manage registrations, payments and the profiles created on the platform.
• Track registrations completed with the partner’s promotional code.
• Feature the organization on the official Partners page of the ProDispo Initiative, subject to its authorization.
• Inform the partner of any significant change that could affect the benefit offered to its network.
• Temporarily enhance the permanent discount during Global Entrepreneurship Week, according to the terms communicated before each annual campaign.

4 Partner organization’s commitments

The partner organization agrees to:

• Inform its network about the benefit offered through the ProDispo Initiative.
• Share the promotional code through the channels it considers appropriate, including its website, newsletter, social media or direct communications.
• Create and distribute its own communications using its usual visual identity and communication methods.
• Present the benefit accurately, clearly and in accordance with the terms communicated by ProDispo.
• Avoid any statement suggesting that ProDispo guarantees a specific ranking or a specific timeframe in search engine results.
• Inform ProDispo of any unauthorized, misleading or abusive use of the promotional code that comes to its attention.
• Authorize ProDispo, once approved, to use its name and logo to present the partnership in communications related to the ProDispo Initiative.

5 Benefit offered to the partner’s network

The partner’s exclusive promotional code provides eligible entrepreneurs and service businesses in its network or community with a permanent 10% discount on the regular ProDispo registration price.

The discount is applied at the time of registration when a valid promotional code is used in accordance with the terms displayed on ProDispo.

6 Communications, names and logos

Each party retains ownership of its name, logo, trademarks, content and visual identity.

Any use of one party’s name or logo by the other must be directly related to the partnership and must respect the approved materials. Either party may request the correction or removal of any use it considers inaccurate, outdated or inconsistent with its brand.

The partnership does not create a merger, legal representation, employment relationship, agency, franchise or exclusivity between the parties.

7 Eligibility and use of the code

The promotional code is intended for entrepreneurs and service businesses belonging to the network, group or community represented by the partner.

ProDispo reserves the right to refuse, cancel or deactivate use of the code when that use is fraudulent, abusive, contrary to ProDispo’s Terms of Use or inconsistent with the purpose of the partnership.

The partner is not responsible for administering individual registrations or for the content published by registered businesses.

8 Term and termination of the partnership

The partnership takes effect on the date agreed upon by ProDispo and the partner organization. It remains active until either party ends it.

Either party may end the partnership by providing written notice to the other party. Except in an urgent or fraudulent situation, or where a party’s reputation could be harmed, a reasonable period will be allowed to remove or update communications that are already in circulation.

Ending the partnership results in the deactivation of the promotional code and the removal of the partner from future ProDispo Initiative communications. It does not affect registrations completed before the code was deactivated.

9 Updates to the charter

ProDispo may update this charter to reflect changes to the ProDispo Initiative, the platform or the benefits being offered.

Any significant change affecting the partner’s responsibilities or the permanent benefit offered to its network will be communicated before it takes effect.

10 Scope of the charter

This charter provides the general framework for the ProDispo Initiative. It outlines the principles and terms that ordinarily apply to partnerships.

Specific terms may be confirmed in writing between ProDispo and an organization when they are necessary to reflect the realities of its network, community or internal operations.
